Privacy Policy (Fundamental Policy for the Personal Information Protection)
When we offer goods or service, we may ask your personal information to you. We well understand how important the personal information protection is. And we believe that we cannot have better relationship with you without your personal information protection. To build better and deeper relationship with you, we open our fundamental policy for the personal information protection to the public hereto.

- Provide your personal information hereafter as a document or an electronic medium to the third party who obliged it to appropriate management by a contract. But we stop to provide those by your request.

- We do not provide your personal information to any other companies or third parties without the sufficient reason except parties in above 1-v. But when you or your guarantor to come under the following articles, we may share your personal information with the third parties who obliged it to appropriate management by a contract for credit management purpose and/ or as a reference material of business contracts between you and we.

- i. In case a bill or a check you write to us becomes to be dishonored.

- ii. In case you request us a moratorium of partial or total payment and we accept it.
- iii.
- iii. Regarding an individual business with us, in case your payment delays to us with your own circumstances.

- iv. In case you go bankruptcy, chapter 11 or insolvent or equivalents or you lose business permission by Federal authors.
- Sharing information should be limited to your employer information, full name, address, date of birth, telephone number and product information such like product name, dealing date and price.
- The management responsibility of the shared information is assumed by us.

- When you want to confirm or revise your personal information, we will disclose it by a written application sheet designed by us. Please ask our administration division, if you need the application sheet. You might present your ID (passport, driver license, etc.), when you require us to disclose the information. In addition, we may charge to you 500 Japanese yen per one item of the information, when you ask us to disclosure.
